Digital Health Startup Eyone Secures USD 1 M

Senegal-based digital health startup Eyone has raised USD 1 M in a funding round to consolidate its leadership in the sector and accelerate its expansion across Africa.

Founded in 2015 by Henri Ousmane Gueye, Eyone offers digital health solutions designed to create an interconnected healthcare ecosystem. The platform connects patients with key stakeholders, including hospitals, clinics, insurers, international organizations, and governments, ensuring streamlined healthcare delivery and coordination.

The funding includes contributions of USD 855 K from the Sonatel Group through its investment fund, Véhicule d’Investissement et de Financing (VIF), and USD 145 K from BICIS, a key supporter of the initiative. This investment will enable Eyone to enhance its digital health offerings, expand its footprint, and develop innovative healthcare solutions across the continent.

Eyone’s mission is to revolutionize healthcare in Africa by leveraging technology to bridge gaps and improve access to quality healthcare services for patients and stakeholders.
