Ghanaian Agritech startup AgroCenta has raised USD 790 K in a pre-series A round from Shell Foundation, Rabo Foundation, the UK Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office (FCDO), AV Ventures, and with strategic advisory services from Qbera Capital.
Launched in 2016, AgroCenta is a digital platform using technology to improve the agro-food value chain. It enables farmers gain access to finance and connect to more markets through its LendIt and CropChain application softwares.
