Egyptian proptech startup Sakneen has raised USD 1.1 Mn in a seed round led by Algebra Ventures. Other investors who participated include Sarwa Capital, Foundation Ventures, Nakhla VC, US-based Hem + Spire, and angels from Google, McKinsey, and BlackRock.
Cairo-based Sakneen provides listing services for users looking to buy a home, offering them a smooth searching experience with different options to navigate through. The startup plans to use the fund in expanding its team and developing exclusive solutions for its users.
