Stitch, a South African fintech startup has raised USD 4 Mn in a seed round led by Raba and FirstMinute Capital. Other investors who participated include CRE Venture Capital, Future Africa, Village Global, 500 FinTech, Musha Ventures, Norrsken Foundation. Other individual investors who backed the round were Iqram Magdon Ismail, Michael Vaughan, Iyinoluwa Aboyeji, Niklas Adalberth, David De Picciotto, Charley Ma, Sima Gandhi, Marc Bhargava, Carl Tremblay, Calanthia Mei, Andre Mohammed, Hannes Graah, Nitesh Banta, Eli Pollak, Aaron Fu, Wayne Stocks, Johan Bosini, Tom Phillips, and other great investors.

Stitch provides API access that connect users’ financial accounts by using tools required to make connection easy and faster. The startup will use the funding to build its team, and expand operations into other regions in Africa.
