InfraCo Africa Invests USD 10 Mn In Acorn Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT)

InfraCo Africa has invested USD 10 Mn towards the development of Acorn Student Accommodation Development REIT, and Acorn Student Accommodation Income REIT, two student accommodation REITs launched by Acorn Holdings. The investment will help Acorn support the delivery of affordable student accommodation to students.

Acorn focuses on developing and managing high quality and affordable rental accommodation, starting with purpose-built student accommodation, for university and college students in Kenya.
