INMA Holding Acquires Stake In Tunisian Les Écoles Idéales

Tunisian private equity firm, INMA Holding, acquired a strategic stake for an undisclosed amount in education company Les Écoles Idéales.

Founded in 1998, Les Écoles Idéales focuses on primary and high school students, with the aim to provide quality private education in the Cap Bon region. This investment will help reinforce the school capacity, finance the opening of other primary schools, and a new high school in Nabeul, Tunisia.
