AIIM Invests In Ghanaian Data Centre Ngoya Etix DC

South African private equity fund manager, African Infrastructure Investment Managers (AIIM) through its flagship pan-African infrastructure fund, AIIF3, has bought a majority stake in Ghanaian data centre Ngoya Etix DC Ltd, a carrier-neutral data centre. The investment was made alongside the management team of Onix Data Centres Limited (Onix DC) platform.

Located in the Greater Accra region of Ghana, the facility, to be renamed Onix Accra 1, is a Tier IV data centre. It is expected to be the largest operational data centre once fully ramped-up, providing physical space, connectivity, power, cooling, and security to customers.
