ARISE Industrial Services Buys 35% Stake In Aera Group

Pan-African infrastructure developer and operator, ARISE Industrial Services (ARISE), has acquired a 35 percent stake in Aera Group, based on a valuation of USD 34 Mn. The aim of this investment is to help ARISE pursue innovative solutions that support a climate conscious economic development in Africa.

Founded in 2015, Aera is a trading company dedicated to environmental certificates in Africa. The company aims to fight climate change and accelerate the dissemination of low carbon technologies in the African continent.
