NIDF Invests USD 4.6 Mn In Nigerian Energy Company Havenhill

Nigerian energy company, Havenhill Synergy Limited, has raised USD 4.6 Mn in a long-term financing from Chapel Hill Denham Nigeria Infrastructure Debt Fund (NIDF), for the construction of its 22 mini-grids being developed under the Nigeria Electrification Project.

Havenhill is a cleantech company that uses solar to generate clean and sustainable electricity, improving energy access in Nigeria. The company is currently pioneering a new structure for powering healthcare facilities through the electrification of 23 healthcare facilities under its Energizing Healthcare Initiative, partnering with USAIDs’ Power Africa Off-Grid Project (PAOP) and United States African Development Foundation (USADF).
