Eighteen years have passed since Kenneth “Ken” Njoroge and Mobolaji “Bolaji” Akinboro officially launched Cellulant and began to nurture one of the largest digital payments companies in Africa.

Now they have both opted to quit their long-held roles in the company within a few months of each other - under circumstances that may or may not be amicable, depending on who’s asking and who’s telling.
