Botswana Startup AlphaDirect Secures USD 600 K Pre-Series A Round

AlphaDirect, a Botswanan insurtech startup, has raised a pre-Series A bridge funding round of USD 600 K to help it grow into Zambia and South Africa. Launch Africa Ventures led the round, which also included Century Oak Capital and some angel investors from previous rounds.

AlphaDirect is an insurance company that directly offers business and personal insurance products to customers. The new funding round will be used for both internal and regional expansion.
