The company’s patented technology allows businesses to cooperate with other businesses to overlay shared, de-identified customer assets without revealing personal information. Its platform enables companies to create collaborative opportunities, start new enterprises, and redefine customer metrics without compromising privacy or regulatory requirements.

The startup plans to use the funding to grow its workforce, accelerate product development, and expand internationally. According to the company, the goal is to focus on international expansion, with the US, UK, and the Middle East as key territories.
