Adbot, a South African adtech startup that provides online advertising solutions for African small and medium-sized businesses (SMEs), has raised ZAR7 million (USD 500 K) in funding from Enygma Ventures to help it expand its user base.
Adbot gives small business owners access to new markets and the ability to grow by providing them with simple and supportive tools for success. Using machine learning and automation, the company creates a Google Ads account and helps clients set up adverts, all in under 10 minutes. Adbot manages ads on a continuous basis, boosting their effectiveness as more is learned about the client’s sector.
