Kenyan Startup Ubawa Secures USD 350 K Seed Funding

Kenyan payments technology startup Ubawa has secured USD 350 K in seed funding from Nigerian VC firm Platform Capital.

Ubawa uses its payment processing platform and a conversational AI engine that can integrate into various social media channels and aggregate its inventory into a single dashboard. The startup offers cognitive data analytics and discovery services through its in-house software and infrastructure.
