Nigerian startup Simpu, a B2B SaaS platform helping brands deliver better customer engagement experiences through an omnichannel solution, has raised a USD 1 Mn pre-seed funding round from a host of angel investors and some early-stage VCs to help it expand.
Simpu makes communication and engagement software for businesses. Its flagship product is a lego-flexible omnichannel inbox for teams, which unifies communication channels like email, WhatsApp, Twitter direct messages, Facebook Messenger, SMS, and website live chat, into one fantastic experience.
