South African Fintech Franc Raises USD 522 K Seed Extension Round

South African investment app Franc has raised ZAR8 million (USD 522 K) in a seed extension round from 4DX Ventures and announced a B2B offering that enables quick and easy adoption of savings and investment products by partner businesses.

 Franc allows users to make investments via a mobile app. Its new product Franc Business will enable companies to offer quality investment products to their own customers using Franc’s technology and license. The capital injection will in part fund the B2B initiative, which is aimed at businesses who want to entrench customer loyalty and their value proposition with a “plug and play” investment and savings.
