Nigerian Beacon Power Services Raises USD 2.7 M in Seed Round

Nigeria-based Beacon Power Services raised USD 2.7 M in seed round from Persistent Energy, Kepple Africa Ventures, Factor and Oridun Capital Management.

Founded in 2014 by Bimbola Adisa, BPS uses data analytics to solve sub-Saharan Africa’s inefficiencies in grid energy transmission. The company helps energy service providers (B2B) to handle billing, logistics and customer management. The funding will upgrade the product offering and expand the company’s footprints beyond Nigeria and Ghana.
