Egypt’s Exits.me Raises USD 1 Mn Pre-Seed Round

Egypt-based investment marketplace Exits.me, has raised USD 1 million in a pre-seed round from a group of local investors, a UK-based investment company Exits.me, Baseeta Investments Holding, and Mawelni Holding for Financial Investments.

Exits.me automates merger and acquisitions (M&A) transactions and investment deals for startups and SMEs through its marketplace. The founders aim to help the region by increasing investment awareness and spreading education on the importance of early investments in all verticals and business functions.
