Egyptian Healthtech Rology Acquires Saudi Arabia-based Arkan

Egypt-based on-demand teleradiology startup Rology acquired Saudi Arabia- based Arkan United in an undisclosed deal. Founded in 2017, Rology raised a Pre-Series A round last year with participation from Egypt Venture, AAIC and other existing investors.

Rology has been active in Egypt and Kenya so far. With this acquisition, Rology enters the Saudi Arabian market, where Arkan offers similar solutions to medical centres, local hospitals and polyclinics.
