Sendsprint Acquires Nobel Financial to Drive US Expansion

Sendsprint, an international payment company, has acquired Nobel Financial Inc., a US-based global remittance service provider, to expand its footprint and services to customers in the United States. Details of the deal have not been disclosed.

With this acquisition, Sendsprint will be able to support money transfers and gifting from customers in 16 US states, including New Jersey, Maryland, Georgia and more, to recipients in Nigeria, Ghana, Kenya and other African countries. 

Sendsprint has partnered with over 3,000 retailers in Africa, including popular names like Shoprite, Dapper Monkey, Jumia, and Cake City. This allows users to send gift cards to recipients in Africa. The company currently operates in Nigeria, Ghana, Kenya, South Africa, and the United Kingdom, and will now extend its services to users in the United States.
