Moroccon Proptech Agenz Secures Investment from Renew Capital

Agenz, a Moroccan data-driven platform that provides real-time property valuations and market insights, has received an investment from Renew Capital. Founded in 2021 by Malik Belkeziz, Agenz leverages advanced data intelligence to deliver instant property valuations, enabling users to price sales or assess current market values accurately. The platform offers additional services such as buyer and seller lead generation and in-depth market insights.

In 2023, Agenz raised USD 1.3 M in a pre-Series A financing round, attracting notable investors, including Azur Innovation Fund, Maroc Numeric Fund II, and the international investment fund Beenok. This new investment will help Agenz continue its mission to enhance the property market in Morocco with data-driven solutions.
