Founded in 2021 by Samba Lo and Serigne Seye, Socium provides a digital platform enabling businesses to recruit, pay, and manage talent efficiently. The company plans to expand its operations in Francophone Africa, leveraging its presence in key markets such as Senegal, Côte d’Ivoire, and Cameroon. It also plans to enter the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) and Morocco.

The newly raised capital will enhance Socium’s technological capabilities, expand its service offerings, and strengthen its regional presence. The platform aims to address HR management challenges in Francophone Africa, where many mid-sized companies lack digital tools for effective workforce management.
