Nigerian healthtech startup MyChekker has raised an undisclosed amount in angel funding from the Lagos Angel Network (LAN). Founded in 2022 by Victor Emaye, Jesupelumi Adenihun, and Ifedamola Adefisoye, MyChekker collaborates with a network of vetted phlebotomists across Nigeria to provide accessible and convenient home sample collection services for patients.
The startup leverages technology to integrate with laboratories, ensuring test results are delivered to patients within 24 to 72 hours. The new funding will enable MyChekker to enhance its technological platform for an improved user experience, strengthen operational processes to increase efficiency and Expand partnerships with labs and healthcare providers to reach more patients across Nigeria.
MyChekker aims to make laboratory diagnostics more affordable and accessible, addressing key challenges in healthcare delivery in the region.
