Egyptian B2B loyalty solutions provider Dsquares has acquired a majority stake in Prepit, a SaaS platform specialising in AI-driven food and beverage (F&B) operations. The financial details of the deal remain undisclosed.
Founded in 2012, Dsquares delivers tailored loyalty programs across industries such as banking, telecom, FMCG, and retail. Prepit, launched in 2022, leverages AI to optimise F&B operations.
The acquisition strengthens Dsquares’ presence in key Middle Eastern markets, including Saudi Arabia, Egypt, and the UAE. Dsquares CEO Marwan Kenawy highlighted that integrating Prepit’s AI-powered technology would enhance customer engagement strategies, aligning innovation with sustainable business growth.
Prepit’s CEO, Karim Hussein, emphasised that the deal underscores a shared vision for advancing hyper-personalised and gamified loyalty programs, helping businesses boost customer retention in a competitive landscape.
