Egyptian E-Health Startup Duaya Acquires EXMGO To Digitise Pharmacy Sector

Egyptian e-health marketplace Duaya has acquired SaaS provider EXMGO in a six-figure deal, rebranding it as Duaya Go to accelerate pharmacy digitisation across the country.

Founded in 2021 by Dr. Ahmed Fazara, Duaya connects over 500 medical suppliers with 12,000+ pharmacies, clinics, and hospitals. The acquisition expands its e-commerce capabilities, enabling pharmacies to manage online sales, inventory, and payments through branded apps and websites.

“This transforms traditional pharmacy operations into digital processes,” said Fazara. “We’re enhancing market efficiency and customer experience.”
