Charikaty Raises USD 150 K To Scale Digital Company Formation In Morocco

Charikaty, a Moroccan reg-tech startup founded by Amr Mouaqit and Driss Sijelmassi, has raised MAD 1.5 M (USD 150 K) after appearing on the TV investment show Qui Veut Investir Dans Mon Projet?

Charikaty provides fully digital company formation and compliance services, helping entrepreneurs streamline legal structuring, registration, modifications, and regulatory processes that traditionally require heavy paperwork.

The funding came from Ilan Benhaim and Karim Amor. The startup plans to use the capital to enhance its technology, expand nationwide, and scale services for SMEs and Morocco’s diaspora.
