Eos Capital Invests in Namibian Healthcare Firm Erongo Medical Group

Namibian private equity firm Eos Capital acquired a minority stake in Namibian healthcare firm Erongo Medical Group (EMG) for an undisclosed amount.

Founded as a radiology centre in Walvis Bay in 1998, EMG is a substantial player in the Namibian healthcare industry and now owns the Welwitschia Hospital. Eos Capital managers several funds such as the Allegrow Fund, The Namibia Infrastructure Development and Investment Fund and the Euphrates Agri Fund.
