Emerging Capital Partners Increases Stake In Tunisian Group Société d’Articles Hygiéniques (SAH)

Pan-African private equity firm Emerging Capital Partners announced that it recently crossed the 5% shareholding threshold in the Tunisian hygiene and cleaning products group Société d’Articles Hygiéniques (SAH), better known as Lilas.

The partnership between ECP and SAH Lilas started in 2008 when the share capital of SAH Lilas was opened to ECP up to 48.99%. ECP intends to continue to buy shares in the company to increase its influence on the SAH Lilas board.
