Ghanaian Healthtech Startup RedBird Raises USD 1.5 Mn In Seed Funding

RedBird, a Ghanaian healthtech startup, has raised USD 1.5 Mn in a seed round from Johnson & Johnson Foundation, Founders Factory Africa, Newtown Partners via the Imperial Venture Fund, and several others.

Founded in 2018, RedBird provides digital health records, enabling patients keep tabs on the status of their health through medical tests available at community pharmacies. The funding will be used to scale operations and enter new markets.
