South African Company Maia Group Gets Backed By EXEO Capital

South African company, Maia Group, dedicated to consumer healthcare businesses raised an undisclosed amount of funding from EXEO Capital to enable the firm accelerate its growth strategy. EXEO made the investment via its Food and Agribusiness fund, Agri-Vie Fund II.

Maia Group is the holding firm for Wellness Warehouse and True Health Holdings. Wellness Warehouse functions as a wellness specialist, a retailer of food, beauty and natural health products. True Health Holdings operates as a natural and organic products distributor, sourcing for retailers and food service markets in South Africa and some Sub-Saharan countries.
