RMB Corvest and Agile Capital Buyout Adcorp Support Services

A management buyout of Adcorp Support Services (Pty) Limited was completed by a consortium consisting of Agile Capital, a South African private equity investment company, and RMB Corvest Limited, a private equity firm.

Adcorp Support Services Limited (ASS) is an accredited Level 2 BBBEE provider that provides tailored employee benefit solutions. The new investment will enhance the company’s empowerment credentials and provide value-added insights. The existing management of SAAs are now shareholders in the new entity.
