Algerian Startup Financing Fund Raises USD 7.2 Mn To Support Local Startups

The Algerian Startup Financing Fund has raised DA1 billion (USD 7.2 Mn) to fund startups in Algeria. The funding will be utilized to support the non-established startups, aiming to develop financial inclusion for a better mobilization of financial resources.

The fund was launched during the National Conference of Startups “Algeria Disrupt 2020”, and has been operating for a year. The funding is aimed at founders who have not yet created their startups.
