Uganda’s Healthtech Rocket Health Raises USD 5 M

Ugandan healthtech startup Rocket Health raised USD 5 M in Series A led by Creadev, Grenfell Holdings and LoftyInc Capital Management.

Founded in 2012 by Dr. David Musinguzi, the company offers a wide range of healthcare services like teleconsultation, on-demand diagnostic booking facilities and medicine delivery services. The company also has revenues coming in from subscription plans.

The funding is expected to be used for further expansion by the company in the East African countries.
