Malagasy Edtech Startup Sayna Raises USD 638 K Seed Round

Sayna, a Madagascar-based edtech and crowdsourcing platform, has raised USD 638 K in its first seed round of funding from international venture capital firms including Launch Africa Ventures, Orange Ventures, and the MAIC Investors Club.

Sayna aims to provide high-quality training in the digital sector and provide professional chances to young people by bridging the gap between the growing demand and supply for digital talent in Africa. The funding will enable the Malagasy startup to grow into other geographies, transforming it into a global enterprise.
