Gitex Global To Host Its Tech Event In Morocco Next Year

Gitex Global, one of the largest tech events currently being held in Dubai, announced the venue for its next year’s event. This year’s event’s focus has been the African tech ecosystem, and many renowned companies from Africa have participated.

Gitex Global will launch its Inaugural Africa edition in Marrakech, Morocco, in June next year. A spokesperson from the event organising company emphasised that accessibility and affordability will be next year’s theme. More than 400 tech companies are expected to join Morocco’s event.

Gitex Global 2022 has participation from global companies like Amazon, Byju’s, Huawei, Cisco, Meta, Mastercard and many other tech companies. African participation included names like Norrsken Rwanda, Launch Africa Ventures South Africa, Five35 Ventures Mauritius, FirstFounders Inc. Nigeria, and ChipperCash.
