Egyptian Startup DXwand Secures USD 4 M Series A Round

Egyptian AI startup DXwand has closed a Series A funding round of USD 4 M, led by Shorooq Partners, Algebra Ventures, and existing investor Dubai Future District Fund. The investment will enable DXwand to expand further in the region and accelerate its research and development efforts in generative AI, knowledge mining, and omnichannel conversational AI within the region.

DXwand is an AI-driven software that automates text and voice conversations between customers and businesses in call centers, Facebook Messenger, WhatsApp, SMS, or on a website. Their conversational AI tool understands slang in both Arabic and English and can extract insights from conversations and display them on dashboards for businesses to make instant, informed decisions.
