SA’s Rekindle Learning Acquires EpiTek To Create Corporate Training Powerhouse

South African digital learning leader Rekindle Learning has acquired edtech company EpiTek, forming Africa’s first fully integrated corporate training platform. The new entity, Rekindle EpiTek, offers end-to-end learning solutions—combining accredited courses, live virtual classrooms, AI-powered assessments, and performance analytics tailored for African enterprises.

The platform addresses critical workforce development needs, particularly supporting South African organisations transitioning to QCTO accreditation with white-label, compliant training infrastructure. Features include preloaded course libraries, real-time analytics, and automated certification.

Led by CEO Sally Nhlanhla, the women-led firm exemplifies African innovation scaling homegrown solutions. “We’re redesigning skills development for African contexts,” said Nhlanhla.
