Enakl Raises USD 2.3 M Seed To Scale Shared Mobility In Morocco

Enakl, a Moroccan shared mobility startup founded in 2022 by Samir Bennani and Charles Pommarède, has raised USD 2.3 M in seed funding to scale its intelligent transport solutions and prepare the launch of a SaaS platform. The round, closed in December 2025, follows an earlier USD 1.4 M raise in late 2024, bringing Enakl’s total funding to USD 3.7 M.

The new round attracted Azur Innovation Fund, Witamax, and MFounders, alongside returning investors Catalyst Fund and Digital Africa. Enakl builds proprietary technology to design, deploy, and manage optimised shared mobility networks for enterprises and public-sector clients, targeting urban congestion and decarbonisation of home-to-work transport.

The capital will support commercial expansion, SaaS product rollout, and new ride-pooling models, building on pilot deployments, including a public contract with the Casablanca–Settat Region.
