Drive45 Mobility, a Lagos-based transportation company, has secured a USD 3 M senior debt facility from TLG Capital to strengthen its balance sheet and fund expansion into Port Harcourt, Abuja, Kano, and Kaduna.
Founded in 2021 by Oluwaseyi Adefemi, Drive45 provides mobility solutions to businesses and individuals through a rent-to-own vehicle subscription model that reduces the upfront cost of vehicle ownership.
The facility was structured with a credit guarantee from Cascador, delivered in partnership with Morgan Stanley. Drive45 currently operates more than 170 active vehicles and says it has recorded no payment defaults in five years.
Cascador has supported the company since it completed its ScaleUp Programme in 2024. TLG will also work with Drive45 on governance, ESG monitoring, and operational performance as it expands across Nigeria.
