Canada And AfDB Launches USD 108 Mn Fund For Africa

The Government of Canada and the African Development Bank (AfDB) have launched a USD 108 Mn Canada-African Development Bank Climate Fund (CACF) for climate change-related projects in Africa. AfDB will be in charge of administering the fund.

CACF is a transformative special fund aimed at providing concessional loans to climate change-related projects in the AfDB’s regional member countries, and those that display a strong gender equality focus.
