Meridiam To Invest USD 48 Mn African Data Centre Giant Raxio Group

Global investor Meridiam recently partnered with Raxio Group to expand and deploy more sustainable data centres in Africa. Meridiam committed to investing $48 million to support the growth and expansion of Africa’s digital infrastructure.

Meridiam’s investment will help Raxio Group expand in regions where both companies already have an established presence. Raxio Group has established a data centre in Uganda, their first flagship centre and one in Ethiopia. They are working on a third centre in the Democratic The Republic of Congo.
