Egyptian Healthtech Estshara Raises USD 500 K Seed Round

Estshara, a Cairo-based healthtech startup, and teleconsultation platform, has raised USD 500 K from Egypt Ventures in a seed fundraising round. Estshara intends to use its new capital to expand its current user base to six million by the end of 2021 by adding new features and improving customer service.

Estshara is an online platform that offers health consultations and telepharmacy services to many patients, including private-sector employees and medical insurance firms. With the increasing need and preference for remote digital solutions, Estshara has been especially helpful for patients since the pandemic.
