Rabawa, a Nigerian social and video commerce website, has raised USD 163 K in funding from US-based VC firm Aptive Capital. Rabawa plans to use the new investment to help it achieve its goal of being a major player in Africa’s e-commerce space by leveraging social and video commerce.
Rabawa enables resellers to curate, promote, and market goods from producers and distributors to end-users via social media. It provides resellers with access to a virtual store with thousands of products from reputable suppliers.
